1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("Member" or "you") of the cxwelcome platform ("Site"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or using any service, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers on cxwelcome are subject to specific terms. Claiming a bonus means you fully accept the associated terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The bonus amount can be withdrawn after meeting a 25x wagering requirement. Example: deposit ৳1,000, receive a bonus of ৳1,000, total balance ৳2,000, and wagering required is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

cxwelcome reserves the right to cancel bonuses or review accounts in cases of any bonus-related irregularity or suspicious activity. Attempts to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cxwelcome platform and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Playing using illegal software, bots or automated methods.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or results.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform and failing to report them to support.
• Threatening, harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other members.

In cases of suspicious activity, cxwelcome may temporarily suspend an account and conduct an investigation. Permanent action may be taken based on the outcome of the investigation.

7 Responsible Gaming
